Excellent knee brace for me: very good fit, very good support. I tried about 5-6 knee braces sold by Amazon and this one is by far the best. However, of course, anyone reading this (or my other reviews) will realize that we are all extremely unique physically, so what has worked for me may not work for others and v.v. My condition is osteoarthritis of the R knee due to difficultly walking properly after difficult back surgery. Good luck to everyone else with a similar condition.

Don't waste you time on this! The sizing is all off. I swear they must have sewn the wrong size label on to this brace because it is so tight it cuts off the circulation in my leg. I can barely pull it up over my knee. It is way smaller than the medium size brace I have been wearing for sometime. I am really upset because Amazon won't let me return it, so I am out the money for something that is absolutely of no use to me at all. Bummer!
Good braces for hiking

My knees have both had ACL repair, and I hike 3 to 4 days a week over mostly hilly terrain with uneven footing. I use these braces to protect my knees from over-extension. They are more comfortable than the neoprene ones from Ace or other manufacturers. They say not to wash them, but I toss them in the washing machine with other clothes and dry them in the dryer. I have not noticed any shortening of life. I have have had the ones I use for over two years. This pair looks equally well made, I have worn them just twice to test them out. Now they are backup in case I misplace or damage the set I use.
This Brand lasts longer than the wanna-bees.

exactly what I wanted. local store never re-supplied and I'm happy that ACE was carrying them, here. With a knee that never saw surgery that I injured thirty five years ago, I now need the extra support that this model supplies me. Thank you. Order was received as anticipated...no hitches. I recommend dealing with this seller. Other brands don't hold up to regular wear and washing cycles. This ACE brand does.
