Well-made, but may not work with all speaker stands
David Townsend•March 9, 2018
I use these to attach RGB lights to PA speaker stands. They work well, but be aware that not all speaker poles are the same diameter even if they look like they should be. I have three sets of stands, and these fit perfectly on two of them but not the third, which required a piece of cardboard wrapped around the stand to keep the clamp from slipping. I made this discovery in the worst way possible: watching a lighting fixture crash to the floor mid-performance.
works good

im using this for something else, to keep a desk propped up on a stand, and it works great for that. --- I appreciate your time and feedback. If you have found my review helpful, please click the "Thumbs Up" to let me know. Thank you!

Pretty standard, I use these to clamp lights and accessories to aluminum speaker stands. For large lights (Source4, etc) I prefer a real C-Clamp, but I find these great for small LED Pars and the like (anything light weight). Definitely use a safety with these, they are all plastic, so I'm always a bit worried about them cracking.
Versitile and quality clamps. Well worth the investment!

Great clamps! Sure gives you better placement options and versatility on light stands and trusses with the drilled mounting holes. You can better fill in or evenly distribute fixtures. If you have smaller fixtures, these clamps allow you to space them closer together than the mounting holes in your truss or T-bars allow so you can fit more on, or if you have larger fixtures that you need to space further apart you can space them out as desired.
Another great thing about these is that you can replace the bolt with a longer one, if needed for other purposes. This is great for me as I sometimes use a whole truss system and other times I just use the stands with T-bars and side arms. Putting in a longer bolt allows me to bolt 2 of these clamps to the tops of each T-bar so I can keep fixtures on the T-bars for use on stands or I can clamp the T-bars to the truss without having to unmount and remount each individual fixture. A real time saver!

A must for a professional look

I have been securing my lights with metal C-clamps and even velcro (for really small lights) but were not happy with the scratches on my truss and the primitive way that arrangement looked.
Did a little bit of research around and found these. Prices are all over the place, every vendor seems to charge different whatever they feel.
These O-clamps have a rubbery plastic insert that you can remove to make them work with diferent truss sizes; but also these inserts work to keep the clamps secure and prevent them from sliding on and scratching your truss.
These are a no -brainer to use, makes your presentation that much more professional.
I love these.
