I've been taking this product for 2 weeks now and I was going to wait a month and see how I feel then, but decided to write a review early. I've noticed a considerable improvement in my pain. I'm a 46 year old man 225 lbs and I've been doing construction work my whole life. I'm a little over weight which probably caused my joint pain, but I've lost 20 lbs from my heaviest weight and could still lose 20 lbs more. I've been suffering with joint pain in my feet and knees but mostly my feet. I was taking naproxen and acetaminophen together and probably about 4x the recommended dose before I tried this product. I started taking 6 pills a day and after the 3rd day I noticed improvement, enough to not have to take any other pain meds. I still need to take naproxen when the weather changes but I'm not having to take it everyday. I read somewhere that this product is missing one ingredient curcumin, so I just started taking that too. I think I've used this product long enough to dismiss any placebo effect, I get out of bed faster, have less pain when I get up out of a chair and I don't need to take as much nsaids as I used to.

I've tried different products over the years for the relief of joint pain and had found Mendamine several years ago. I liked the relief from inflammation that I experienced with it, but also had other products I was using. When I ran out of my last supply of Mendamine, I looked for it online, but didn't see it listed anywhere. My hands. knees and shoulders are less painful and stiff upon rising, and my knees aren't as creaky when I stand up from sitting or squatting. This is the best formulation I've found to relieve my symptoms and to let me keep my active lifestyle.

At 51 I slipped and fell down my back deck steps. 6 months later the swelling started and I found out my knees are both bone on bone with arthritis under both knee caps ....one worse than the other and facing the only alternative ....knee replacement. I wanted to avoid that any way possible but the inflammation was causing so much discomfort it made movement difficult. I work in an office sitting at a desk and this only made my knees more stiff so the problem became worse. I tried a lot of different supplements, physical therapy and cortisone shots. I'm able to work in my yard, stand and cook meals for my family, even go up and down stairs "carefully" without feeling my knee is coming unhinged !!! I am a true hardcore skeptic..... But MENDAMINE has literally been a life saver for me. Most supplements are so expensive and people, THEY JUST DONT WORK. I'm still taking 4-6 pills daily and just received my 2nd bottle. we are both taking this and are happy so far. I like to take a product for a longer period of time to really see if I notice major changes. We will continue taking as we like it this far. The pills are a bit long but not as some multivitamins can be. There isn't any flavor to them and we don't mind the size.
