Wha?? I've no idea how other folks got bad bottles of this stuff! I've been buying this brand for over ten years; every few months. I just bought another bottle... Perfect. This simply IS the best sherry vinegar. I'm happy to see that Jose Andres agrees but I'd love it anyway even if he didn't. Store in a dark place, don't refrigerate... I have kept bottles of this for nearly a year but I imagine if you don't use this too often it possibly could go bad in a couple of years (?) but this is the perfect go-to vinegar... great with fruit, it loves poultry, pork, savory dishes or desserts. The best!

Great product. A soft taste, not biting, and mixes well with macadamia nut oil. It also has a high heat tolerance, so using it to flash sear ahi tuna or diver scallops complements these premium seafoods.
