This is a staple in my pantry. One of my favorite vinegar for salad dressings. Now and then, you may find a little a piece of grape skin but that is okay. It means they are making the vinegar with real grapes.

This is an absolute favorite . . . of course it costs less at the grocery store (this actually shipped from Wal-Mart)! The flavor is subtle and not as tart as some red wine vinegar. Terrific for marinades, salads and so much more.
Too sweet sauce? Add a few drops at a time until the flavor is to taste.
Microwave poached egg: Use an 8 oz custard cup with 3 oz of hot tap water with 3 drops vinegar. Add egg. Pierce yoke with fork. Cover with plastic wrap or saucer. Poach 30 seconds or to preference.
The top (under cap) allows one to drip or pour . . . very convenient. Easy grip bottle for those of us with arthritis.
I do not enjoy 'real shopping' so Amazon is an easy go to for me. Reviews and the easy to use question/answer really help with unfamiliar products. Thank you for your reviews!
