Works great, might not be code (cause code can be dumb)

Works great. A little loud. I used straps/large zip ties as the mount was little cumbersome for my area. That doubles as a vibration inhibitor. Threw some denim insulation above it which also helped a bit with sound to the first floor.

I have a digital test, took about 6 hours to bring us down under 1 (under 100 for the rest of the world)

One downside might be code, or more finding an inspector that isn't a robot and can put the mitigation over the air being evacuated in a less than ideal way. EPA might be letting perfect be the enemy of the good by being sticklers about being above the roof line and a fan not being in next to your sump pump.

The whole fan being outside or in an attic is a bit paranoid if you ask me. My system works, and is safe 99.999 percent of the time. I have a digital monitor hooked to my phone, so if it does fail I'll know.
Perfect for my application!!!

I purchased this unit to exhaust Radon laden air from a water treatment tank. It mounted easily with the included bracket, but I made a couple of mistakes on installation which I 'think' is causing the vibration of the blower-style fan to transmit in to my plumbing and wall cavity. As such, I can hear the 'hum' of this continuously operating blower upstairs in living space areas when all else is quiet. It's not bad, but is noticeable. I plan to try and move the blower body at some point so that it's not contacting the adjacent 3" plumbing run, which is how I think a lot of the 'noise' is being transferred. The unit comes with rubber vibration-absorbing mounting feet, and I used rubber flexible 3" couplers to tie the blower unit in to the exhaust port and the 3" PVC inlet from the water tank. The unit has been running continuously now for 3 months with no issues, and I'm very happy with it. I used this blower on a side wall for exhausting the air, rather than a vertical stack up through the center of the house and through the roof. I was concerned about the moisture in the air in the PVC pipe freezing on the inside of the pipe in the unheated attic space, as well as inside the vent stack pushing through the roof. I also don't need more holes in my roof that can add to the risk of leaks. This blower manages to create a nice vacuum in the air space inside my water treatment tank, over a 40' 3" PCV run with one wide-sweep 90 degree elbow, one 45 degree elbow, and about 4 feet of vertical rise. The tank is vented from another 20' run of 3" PVC (includes two wide sweep elbows) that is pulled through a 4" air filter from the outside air. Very satisfied with the product! Only reason for the lack of 5-star is the blower noise. I'll update the review later this summer when I get around to moving the blower body slightly and adding addition vibration dampening measures to the mount.
Highly recommend. Levels started at 14+, 1.3 now.

The product works great and would highly recommend. Couple of things. The motor is pretty quiet but the discharge vents is pretty noisy. Mine happens to come out under a shower pan but another neighbor comes out under his master vanity and is a bit noisy. Highly consider placement before installation. Most importantly I would like to see much better installation instructions. The actual installation turned out to be fairly simple but the directions look like something that would come out of China.
Works very well and easy DIY install

I did a mail-in charcoal radon test which came back with a reading of 15 pCi/L. I later confirmed this with an Airthings digital detector which gave a high of 16 and an long term average above 12. Professional mitigation quotes came back at $1,200+ but I didn't want an ugly PVC pipe going up the side of the house so I got this kit for a side-wall vented solution mounted in an unfinished section of the basement.

Total DIY cost was $450 for parts + another $100 in tools as I needed to buy a 4" hole saw and a hammer drill. Parts included a manometer to monitor the system pressure, a couple sections of 3" PVC, a PVC elbow, some PVC glue + primer, concrete filler/sealer caulk and some backer rod.

I mounted the fan vertically to a basement wall stud and followed the printed instructions + some youtube videos to get everything installed nicely. I run the fan for 12hrs/day only controlled with a wifi smart switch. End result: radon has gone down as low as 0 pCi/L on some days with a long term average of 0.3 pCi/L according to the Airthings meter. Very happy with the performance, the look of the finished product and ease of install.
Worked great, noisy but fine in the right location

Some reviews couldn't stand the sound. It does make some noise, but mine is in the mechanical room in my basement with the water heater, boiler, and oil tank. It's quieter than my boiler, and since it runs constant.
I never notice it. It did a great job reducing the radon levels. My research led me to the conclusion that while a contractor probably couldn't install it. As a homeowner, I was perfectly free to do so. Install itself was pretty easy and I like that I don't have a obnoxious pvc pipe running up the side of my house
