I've had plantar fasciitis for 10 weeks now and it's not improving. I've been using an arch support, daily foot stretches, ibuprofen, and ice packs. On occasion I will wear a boot shoe which holds the foot tight but provides little to no pain relief. Nothing is helping. A friend suggested this brace so I decided to give it a try. I watched 2 or 3 videos trying to ensure that I strap it on correctly. It isn't tight-fitting so I still don't know if I have it on correctly. HOWEVER, it does ease the pain. I'm certainly not healed but I can walk short distances with this brace. My foot feels better in the morning. I hope this means it's starting to heal. In any case this is the only thing I've tried that is helpful.

I've been dealing with PTTD for a little more than 6 years and I started out wearing an Arizona boot which I hated. I could only stand to wear it for 3 or 4 days before my foot became so sore I couldn't take it any more. I later switched to an AFO brace that went all the way up my calf. It was more comfortable to wear for prolonged periods of time, but it felt cumbersome. I saw this Tri Lock brace on an on line ad and did a little research in to how it works. Based on its design, I came to the conclusion that this is exactly what I needed. As soon as I strapped this brace on and stood up in it I knew that I finally had found something that was comfortable and able to provide the support I need. My arch is supported and my ankle is stable in this brace. It's light and no where near as clunky as the other braces I had previously worn. I wish I had found this sooner.

5 stars for this brace. I have had posterior tibial tendon pain ?tendonitis ? dysfunction for over two years. This brace has really helped. Walking for a distance is not painful now. It feels very supportive and fits in my running shoe well. I have size 14 feet normal width and the Extra large fits . It took me a few tries to get the application right but now it's like an easy ritual.

I bought a pair of these for my wife, who is on her feet all day at work. She had been suffering pain from extreme Flexor tendonitis in both feet. It had gotten to the point that by the end of the day she had a hard time walking without support and when she would stand up after sitting for any prolonged period she would literally scream in pain.
The first day she used these she reported a real reduction in the amount of pain while on her feet. But not only did these relieve the stress on her tendons, they also provided the support needed to allow them to start healing. Now after just 5 days of wearing them she says that her feet no longer hurt at all. She was extremely skeptical when I bought them and thought I was wasting money, but now that she can make it through 10 hours on her feet without limping around she's convinced they're the greatest thing ever.
