We use this to treat / reduce pest in the lawn, garden and around the foundation of our house. Soil resident means a single scant treatment lasts for 90 days or more in Phoenix. But... we are careful to avoid all flowering plants to better protect the bees.

This is some great stuff. Every year I have been plagued by the Japanese Beetle Grubs. I put this down last year and the skunks did not come around in the fall to dig up my lawn looking for grubs.I intend to use this every year until I feel I really have them under control. I highly recommend this product.
