To me it tastes just like Worchestershire less the salt. I'm on a very low sodium diet...500 Mg. per day and I can no longer tolerate gluten. I use this in many recipes. I also love Mr. Spice's Ginger sauce. The prices tend to be double here...go to the company's website...and purchase it there. Free shipping when you buy 5 bottles. :)
