I have moderate to sever hip arthritis and the pain was keeping me from enjoying everyday activities. My chiropractor recommended this and the capsules. After using the capsules for 3 weeks there was a noticeable difference in the pain level. I was able to enjoy life again. There was still some discomfort but was definitely manageable. Not everything is going to work for everyone but this certainly did for me. I love there is no lingering medicine smell. I will be buying again..
