Maybe it is in my head, but I genuine believe this product is helping. I've tried a variety of supplements and had exactly zero results. Before taking Fast Joint+ my left knee hurt so much, when i walked up stairs, i had to take one step at a time. First, step onto the stair with one foot and then step on the same stair with the other foot.
