I tried this because it was suggested to me by a doctor. It really does work. I have tried everything there is for my back pain, arthritis pain, nerve pain and this works better than any therapy, any pill. The only thing I dont like is the smell. I smell faint aroma of menthol which is fine but then the after effect smells to me like suet. Its light but just not pleasant to me. Im going to try to mix in some essential oils to mask the smell. It is light so is tolerable but I let it dry after putting on back and then wear an undershirt. Allow me to get through the day.

This cream gives great temporary relief for moderate muscle pain. I use it for a stiff neck and sore feet. It is soothing, smells nice, is non greasy, and rubs right into the skin. That said, it is not a fix for extreme pain. It costs more, but I'm ordering a second jar because it works for me.
