These are my favorite crackers ever. They are so very delicious that I can't even buy them anymore because I will eat the whole box at once. Not in that "I shouldn't keep those around cuz I'll eat too much" kind of way where you're being a bit over dramatic. I literally had to stop buying these because I eat them by the box, I have never had a box last more than one day, and I don't share. I can't stop. They're so addicting. The thing is, I'm more of a greasy or chocolate snack fan too. I don't necessarily love crackers in general. I can't put my finger on what it is about these, but they taste amazing. I rate these as the unqualified best cracker of all time, gluten free or otherwise. If you are a cracker fan, be careful of how many you buy, really.

I loved this cracker. It's absolutely delicious. Pun intended. Sadly it has tapioca in it (like most gf foods these days) so I ended up reacting to it. But I loved the fact it DIDNT have vegetable oils in it besides palm oil (don't react to palm oil!) so I had very high hopes. If it didn't have tapioca in it is be living on these things and 5 stars all the way.

I have known I'm gluten intolerant for going on ten years now, and have recently come across information (see Dr. Peter Osborne's *No Grain, No Pain*, and David Perlmutter M.D.'s *Grain Brain* which indicate that all grains contain gluten and one or more of them may be an undetected problem. I found this theory plausible and went over the labels on food in the house and supplements to ferret out products that might be triggering gluten-induced symptoms, and these matzo-like crackers are one of very few that survived closer scrutiny. There is no grain whatever in these crackers. At last, a place to put the cashew butter!

My husband is gluten free and he swears by these crackers. He says they are the only gluten free crackers he has had that taste like real crackers. I have to agree. We have purchased many different gluten free crackers, most taste like weird wafers. I have also crushed these to use as binding in my salmon patties. They work well in this way and would probably work in any other recipes that calls for crushed saltines. Speaking of salt, these have very little.

These crackers are delicious and cheaper on Amazon than in my local store. I love the flavor of the Everything Flatbread! The corners of the crackers are sometimes a little overdone and, as others note, and the shape of the crackers (very long rectangle) means that quite a few in the box come broken. Not a perfect cracker, but if you have to eat gluten free, this is still one of the better (tastier) options.
