Truly gives the support where you need it. No, it's not terribly pretty, but it's behind you when you sit, so who cares!
My chiropractor sells this exact model - I know this because I took a pic of the information on the support pillow, came home, and ordered it. It took me about a year before I caved and finally did it, and I wish I had done it a long time ago. I'm considering ordering a second one for the car, so I can just leave it in there and not have to bring it around with me.
The support zips up on one side, which gives you access to the inflatable pillow on the inside. The valve is a twist valve, which is very secure and does not leak. The pillow on the inside is a very thick and durable vinyl that will last a long time, unless you have animals with sharp claws, or puncture it with something.
Don't inflate the pillow fully, leave it mushy, about a quarter to a third inflated. It is supposed to conform to the contours of your back. And oh, it feels great. It gives you the support exactly where you want it. For me, the lowest part of my back. For you, who knows? The elastic strap that secures it around a seat or chair has durable velcro to keep it in place, and it will hold tight. There's enough there to go around a comfy auto seat, but probably not a Lazy Boy recliner. In that case, just leave the pillow where you want it.
