Xylitol has replaced sugar in my household as we have learned that sugar is really bad for your health. I prefer Xylitol that is made from birch and made in the USA. It tastes exactly like sugar and has the same measurement spoon for spoon.

I loved having birch based xylitol. Seems so healthy. It was just as described. But I've forsaken xylitol for erithrytol, based on nutritional numbers only. Fewer calories, better for the glycemic index. If I were ordering xylitol, I'd reorder this one.

great taste. I used a 2/3 to 1 ration instead of a 1:1 as stated. It seem to be a to sweet with a little of a "taste" using one to one but 2/3 to 1 gave great taste and sweetness level. I have purchased this 3 times with success. I even made pies for family gathering and everyone raved about the flavor. so there you have it, its a keeper.

The taste is fine, but you may not get used to the laxative effect the product gives you. I wanted desperately to get used to it, but no go. Moving on to something else as this isn't a great option for me. I give it 3 stars because of the taste alone.
