Excellent upgrade to the HL-10 lifer I previously used. Remember to configure the EHS on the phone for it to work properly. Simple instructions available from Plantronics. I ordered two of these for Polycom VVX 411 phones. They work great with Savi-W745 headsets.

I'm sure this is a quality product, but was not compatible with my Polycom VVX410 office phone. Did not ring in the earpiece to let you know you had an incoming call. Could not use the answer button on the headset when you had an incoming call, still had to answer using the "headset" button on the desk phone. Headset didn't seem to recognize when you had a connected call is it would turn off / disconnect mid call.

works well, just make sure to update the phone itself to polycom hook switch
It looks like you have to get an extender to get them ...

Bought a few of these for work for Polycom VVX 401 phones. They work well for those phones and the Plantronics-CS540 Convertible Wireless Headset. However, they aren't long enough for the Polycom VVX 201 second port. It looks like you have to get an extender to get them to properly plug in.

The one I ordered from Amazon was defective. Maybe a fluke, but surprising, considering what a simple part it is. I bought another from a different seller, and it worked perfectly. Not sure if it's an issue with the distributer, or if I just got a bad one. Once the unit worked, however, it worked exactly as promised.
