Not a miracle but does offer some relief. The thickness makes it impossible to wear in some shoes because it raises the foot too high. They work in some shoes/boots, though, but are not the miracle I was hoping to find. It must be said, often slight relief is better than no relief. I don't regret the purchase.

I have been suffering from PF for a few months now but didnt even know it was that until I went to an Orthopedist for something else and mentioned the pain in my heel and that's when I was given the diagnostic. So to start off I was using a different insole for my shoes but it was regular insoles by DrScholls. It helped a little but still extremely painful. So i decided to buy these Profoot insoles that were made for PF. The first hour walking on it, was horrible, between the pain in my heel and the rubbing of the shoes on the edges of my toes because the insoles are too thick and makes the foot high, it really took me backwards. I took the insoles off when I got home but the "damage" was done. Now the pain in my heel has increased so much because of these Profoot PF insoles. It definitely did not work for me and it even made it worse. I proceeded to purchase other products to help with my PF so hopefully I can get some improvement soon, because PF is really really painful!

What a difference shoes and insole/inserts make for my plantar fasciitis! I recently purchased some boots for riding ATVs. They are waterproof, which is great, but they don't have a ton of support in the arches or soles. I slid these in, and am able to wear those boots for 8 hours a day without complaints! I recommend buying supportive sneakers and trying to stretch your calves as much as possible for anyone else suffering from plantar fasciitis. These are a great addition, as well, if you have shoes you want to wear that sadly don't have the support you need.

These insoles worked better for me than most for my plantar fasciitis. They are easy to take in and out of different pairs of shoes and stay in place for the most part. These insoles make it easier to wear non-orthotic shoes and not have terrible foot pain.

I have spent BIG $$ on many products, special socks, gel insoles, a night splint, tapes..and on top of oral steroids to relieve my foot pain..I have even used top of the lines NB shoes to help with the pain. These cheap little insoles have worked WONDERS and my pain is instantly relieved and it helps all day long..I really recommend these to anyone suffering from PF. I also recommend, before getting out of bed..making time to stretch your calves..and have your socks and shoes with these in them and put on before you step out of bed...it will make your day so much better!
I also wanted to add..that these might NOT work in ALL of your shoes. I have used these in my sketcher winter boots..love the instant relief! I have also used these in my shoes from NB that were made for those with feet problems..also great. However, when I use these in my running shoes from Adidas..not great..at all...they actually make my feet hurt worse and feel tingly, and slip off..SO with that being said..if you buy these, and you don't like them..try another pair of shoes or boots with them before you send back, it might just be the shape and insole of your shoe that makes it not work as well..Good luck!
