I have use this Italian brand olive oil forever. Great for everything from cooking, make Ng sauces, sautéing, and home made vinaigrette and Asian salad dressing. Dunking breads with Balsamic too!

All Sicilians from Palermo know of Barbera Olive Oil. It is delicious and slightly tangy, as an oil from the west of Sicily should be. I will reorder it when I need more.

This is some really fantastic olive oil! Slight hint of pepper comes through occasionally in tasting. Many of the best restaurants in NYC use this oil with bread served before a meal.

I have never found anything that even comes close to this stuff.
I'm a life long customer, no question. What it does to meat as a marinade is unbelievable.
And as a salad dressing, it's unsurpassed. There just isn't anything like it.
