I installed this unit about a week ago after sitting in a box - the rewind mechanism is not working. How do i return this ????Amflo 530HR-RET Automatic Enclosed Hose Reel With 300 PSI 1/4" x 50' Blue Polyurethane Air Hose
Would definitely not recommend.

First time I pulled it out all the way it jammed tight and had to be disassembled to work again. Now I'm afraid to get it even close to the end. Would definitely not recommend.

Above reel purchased from Amazon and received in good condition. I placed the reel in my work shop on the bench and did not make any attempt to plumb air supply and attach. However, today I did install reel and found it would not return hose after being pulled out a few feet. Advise to all....make sure product works immediately or you will be disappointed.
