This rugged little light will make backing up easier.

My 15-foot utility trailer didn't have any backup lights so this seemed like a pretty inexpensive alternative. It was either something like this, some clear lens clearance lights or replacing my tail light assemblies with ones that have a backup lens and most seemed to pretty small and perhaps not all that effective when they're about 4-feet off the ground. This has a single bolt mount and you can adjust the tilt so it fits nicely on some angle iron near the driver side of the trailer and if I can see good on one side of the trailer I don't care too much about the other one"¦ just need to see one of my gate posts to know that I can clear the other one. Easy to wire and the light is much brighter than I thought which really helps since I'm in a rural area with only the night sky to light my way. I'm purchasing another one to use as a cargo light on the top front rail of the trailer so I can also swing it around to light the back of the pickup"¦ which doesn't have a cargo light on the cab. The steel housing is rugged and since my occasional hauls are mainly rocks, stones, gravel or firewood that's a plus. This was also only 7-bucks and that's a lot less than a decent pair of tail lights to replace two that are working fine. Can't find any faults with it other than the mounting bracket is a little thin and would have preferred a stem mount like the Blazer C225 but the price was right and I can always convert it later if needed.
Well made and sturdy

Sturdy steel housing with solid mount that stays pot when tightened, and a good, solid light retaining ring.
Well made and work very well.
