This bread is terrific! I probably go through a half dozen loaves a week. Oh, I don't eat it myself, mind you.I feed it to the pigeons in Union Square. I know you're not supposed to but those poor little rats with wings are so hungry. What's $10, $12 or $15 a pound when you see how much those filthy creatures appreciate it. They repay me 10-fold by leaving enormous deposits of what must be the richest natural fertilizer in America. I feel good knowing that I'm contributing to a greener world by giving my pigeon pals pure organic love. Remember, it's Nature's Own.
