Love it! The first vanilla that I have been able to taste after cooking. I never knew why recipes had vanilla. They tasted the same with or without 2 or 3 times the vanilla called for. I doubled this in my almond-flour low carb chocolate chip cookies. I could taste the vanilla along with the almond of the flour, side by side with the chocolate. Good-good.

I purchased this to put in some whipped cream frosting for my cupcakes. A little goes a long way. Even though it says "Paste", it is more like honey. You can see the vanilla bean specks and has a very good flavor.
