Worked great, fast shipping, arrived as described. We were going through vacuums every couple months. This one works very well and isn't as loud as I would expect.

Received the end of Dec. Made out of cheap plastic. The lever that locks/releases the sweeper to no longer works. WORST OF ALL - a wheel falls off weekly, the c-clip is made out of cheap metal that does not stay locked in place. I went to the hardware store and purchased a stronger c-clip but since I am clamping it onto a plastic shaft it works it's way off. For as much as the product cost, it has been a total waste of money.

I'm not too happy with this vacuum. It has a hard time sucking up things from hard surfaces, works decent on carpet. And the hose tends to fall out of the hole often and now has stretched out to the point most of it hangs low getting in the way. It seems a bit louder, and when i turn you can hear the wheels having trouble with turns.

If this were a home product I wouldn't care as much, but I use this at many different buildings. I feel this was not a good choice and soon enough I will need to switch it out for something better.

Purchased this for a retail store location. It is used 7 days per week to vacuum about 400 square foot of commercial carpet (600 customers per day) right by the entrance door. Aside from replacing the filter (3 times) and normal upkeep of emptying regularly and pulling strings/hair off of the rollers on the bottom (weekly), it has required no other maintenance. Runs good as new after 6 months of use. Long and durable power cord survives being run over by shopping carts and winds nicely on the side of the vacuum.

Vacuum arrived without attachments; however, I contacted the company, and they were so great. No questions asked, well, except serial number off vacuum. Even tho we ordered it through Amazon and Amazon said we would have to return the entire vacuum in order to get the attachments, the company sent them within a week. The vacuum works great, a little loud but we are using it for business purposes and love it. The canister is a little difficult to take off and put back on and the filter has to be banged against something hard to clean it which creates a lot of dust, but other than that, once you figure out how to take off the canister and put it back on, it is a very good vacuum with loads of suction. Also, you can lay it down almost flat to get under furniture
