Chinese comfort food

I'm not Chinese (in this life anyway), but I've found two Chinese comfort foods that make me just as happy as mac and cheese and P, B & J on soft white bread with cold milk. My two faves are: 1. Mabo (or Mapo) tofu with rice, and 2. Chinese sausage (lop chong?) cut up and steamed with rice and served with a dash of soy sauce, sesame oil and chopped scallions. Yummy!

This stuff is great!! The flavor definitely outshines any of the other mabo tofu sauces. Don't worry, medium-hot isn't really hot - there's just a slight hint of heat. The only thing I wish is that there was more sauce in the packet. Try mixing in some fresh mushrooms and onions - it adds flavor and stretches the servings a little more.

Arrived promptly. Tastes good and is helping me use more tofu in diet. Leftovers stores very well. Price is reasonable; and most important, availability is important since not found locally.
