No adjustment, it either fits or it doesn't. For me it doesn't. Seems made well and adequate for what it is although it arrived bent, in a box that was undamaged. I did not return because I ordered it knowing there was no adjustment. I just sort of hoped it would work, but have since found another solution.

I had to cut the ring to make it fit inside a 4" PVC. It installed very easily and looks fantastic.

I'm very impressed with the quality of this product. It is a good, heavy grade aluminum, with great workmanship. It fit perfectly and I expect a long life out of the new vent caps. The product arrived in a timely manner with good packaging. I would not hesitate to recommend this product or seller to anyone.
