I have both the Black & Tan versions of this belt. I conceal carry daily with various weight pistols (Sig P220 Elite, P226, P320 Subcompact) and occasionally a 5" 1911. All of these are heavy except the P320 Subcompact and will test a belt as well as the holster it is in. All of my holsters are the same brand & type. I have been alternating between the black & tan since January and have found some positives & negatives of each.
Positives:
Buckles appear to have a very nice plating and are nice to the touch. They are an appropriate size & are comfortable.
The leather has a very nice looking finish.
The Kydex lining is very rigid but not uncomfortable. It has not rolled or pinched in the last 3 months. It does curve after a day of wearing.
Negatives:
These belt's squeak. I initially thought it was just because they were new. Not the case. After about a month I coated each with a good quality mink oil. Did not completely stop the squeaks. The tan is by far louder than the black.
The end where the belt buckles is starting to wrinkle and and the holes are starting to open up.
By comparison to the Comp-Tac Kydex Reinforced leather or a thick all leather belt from a local minanite leather Smith, these belt's are worthy of a serious consideration.

Carrying with this belt (CCW) for 3 months, it's fantastic! (see review for size recommendation)

This is my everyday carry belt. I can't say enough about the bank vault level build quality and it looks great in casual or formal wear settings. On top of that , high quality buckle that you could probably drive nails with and my M&P 9mm sits wonderfully stable in all conditions
If you are going to carry, get a quality belt like this one. It is made of vegetable tanned 100% leather, and you can pay just as much or more at a department store for a FAR inferior belt -- strongly recommend!
A word on fitting , depending on your gun type, I would order about 4-6 sizes above your "belt/waist" size. I wear a 33 belt, so ordered a 38 size belt and it works great - I can adjust and comfortably wear it while carrying and also while not carrying.

Order 2 sizes up from your waist

Runs small, I ordered a size up from my waist size like everyone suggests since carrying a firearm adds an inch or two to your waist line. When I am not carrying I am on the second to last hole on the belt. When I carry I some times put it on the last hole for comfort but if I don't eat a ton that day I can carry on the second to last hole. The belt is very sturdy and holds my IWB holsters with ease and doesn't move when I draw.
I am a 34 waist, ordered a 36 belt and should have ordered a 38.
Other than being small the quality is pretty good for the price, my last belt ripped around hole 4 from being bent to make it into the tongue hold down so I replaced it with this belt. This belt hasn't showed any signs of wearing or breaking since I bought it. I wear the belt daily summer and winter and it looks very sharp. Not dress belt quality but definitely very close. I ordered black and like it a lot.

Aker Leather B21 Belt

After reading a handful of poor reviews (due to sizing issues) on the Aker B21 belt, I carefully measured a nice name brand belt I wear in accordance with the Aker sizing instructions (measured three times just to make sure and rounded the measurement up) and then measured my actual waist just to make sure the Aker measuring sounded valid. I comfortably wear a 33" waist (without sucking in a big breath putting the waist fastener under high stress) and measured a size 38", according to the Aker sizing method- with the suggested additional 2" for IBW. The belt fits great with (at the 5 o'clock position) and without IBW- I am on the third hole with IBW, so have plenty of room for dinner expansion should the need arise.
The construction of the belt is as advertised, so nothing surprising in the realm of construction. I like the stylish look of the belt, and did not want a belt that looked Rambo or one that looked like a synthetic gun belt. I ordered the black version, but now that I have it I will have to order the tan color as-well.

Works best with clip on holsters

Was skeptical, but I have to admit, this is a very good belt for conceal carry. Was surprised how much of a difference having a belt with a little extra stability will go as far as comfort is concerned. No drooping here or having to adjust all the time.
One thing of note, this belt is only useful if you're using a holster that clips onto the belt itself and NOT your pants. A lot of my holsters are DiSantis soft-tucks. These are supported by the pants and not the belt. In these instances, this belt is no better than a standard dress belt. With my Bianchi IWB holsters, which do clip onto the belt, it works beautifully.
If there's any concern, it's durability around the area where the clip contacts the leather surface, which seems to be somewhat scratch prone.
