This is the magic ingredient. It is a good idea not to tell your guests as they will certainly have a reaction. If you keep it secret and add only a tsp or two. It really brings out flavor

One of the packs was opened. When I opened the delivery box there were MSG flakes all over it. They need to have better quality control. I'm disappointed.
