I really enjoy tring new things and this is fun to use making rice. have made several batches of japanese short grain rice and everytime the rice gets done, but seems really dry. Will try several other things to see if i can correct that. But other wise I really enjoy using this.

Great sticky rice pot----great price!

This product came from Thailand. It took a long time, but worth it. Costs waaaaay less than the others, ( which are the same).....I wanted to make sticky rice so badly! I got the rice really fast, and waited for this pot. It came with the aluminum pot to steam the rice, the weaved basket and a few white clothes to help flip the rice and not drop it! Thank you!

Went on YouTube to learn how to make sticky rice and made perfect sticky rice the very first time. I love this steamer. The flavor imparted by the bamboo basket during steaming produces sticky rice you'd find in finer Thai restaurants.
