This is about a cheap a solution as you can buy and at four dollars each, barely worth it. If you see them more than that, steer clear.
Solution is three parts.
1) A case screw with 3 indentations at the top to fit into the key
2) a sloped large outer washer that the screw fits into
3) a small inner washer that sits between the case and the outer washer.
The trick is that the inner washer grabs the case and the outer washer spins on top of it, making the screw "impossible" to remove with out the key. In practice its a little more complicated. There is an small indentation in the bottom of the outer washer that the inner washer is supposed to sit in, however it is not manufactured correctly so it causes the whole unit to stick out slightly. This means two things:
1) The screw cannot be screwed in all the way and a small part of it protrudes from the top - enough that vice grips or firmly gripped pliers could easily remove the screw
2) The keys are horribly made and you will find yourself stripping them very easily trying to get the screw flush with the outer washer.
A very Low Security solution that I foresee being barely enough of a nuisance to keep casual thieves at bay.

Overpriced but work

As another reviewer said it does not screw in all the way, other then that the screws are fine and do their job they are just over priced.
Nice but overpriced

Works well, looks like more of a hassle to thieves to deter from theft. Doubt it would completely stop them, but annoy them enough to move on to the next computer. For the price, I would expect it to come with two security screws, instead of one.
Five Stars
