I bought 2 of these ice packs. They are soft, flexible and very comfortable to use. They do not stay very cold for long...10 to 15 minutes. I found them useful for using on my back when I am driving a longer distance as they are not too cold to leave on for long periods. It takes a long time in the freezer for them to get cold again vs our other ice packs.

This is the 4th one I purchased over the years. I like the clay material better than the liquid or gel material. When used for warm or cold application, the temperature lasts longer and is more consistent compared to the other materials. It is a very reasonable price too. I've had one last 10 years with sporadic use for cold application, stored in the freezer.
