First, yes this product will descale your Verismo V coffee maker, but a week later I'm still tasting the residual cleaner taste. I followed all the directions, such as they are, running 3 clear water holder batches through the coffee maker. Then the next day I could still smell the cleaner in my coffee, so dumped it and ran another water holder through the coffee maker and tried again. That didn't do the job either. I'm completely baffled by what to do next other than buy a new coffee maker.

Purchased 2 bottles, one for single brew at home and other at work. My experience thus far is that the product cleaned the respective machines well but it seemed to work better on the machine without the extra water reservoir. You can see the crud and smell the product when used, and if it is environmentally safe - that is a plus.
Cleans my Keurig minis.

Gets the job done. I'm not a fan of using vinegar because of the smell and possible after taste so I like using this. I buy a bottle every 5-6 months and split half a bottle between both of my mini Keurigs. No smell or afteraste afterward. I am a bit paranoid so I run the Keurig after cleaning it with about 2 additional water cycles, and then I stick some coffee to have it make a cup (that goes down the drain).

Used on my Starbucks Verismo because I couldn't get the smell out from milk pods and espresso. Seemed to work fine and get some of the smells out. I can't say I've noticed an improvement in the functionality of the machine at all, though.

Ok, so I got a Verissmo for my birthday. I drink about 8 cups of coffee a day, so my machine does see a lot of use. About 4 months in, my machine stopped working. Furious, I call Starbucks Customer Service, and the first thing they asked was "have you descaled the machine?". @#$@#$! I had been using this machine heavily for 4 months and never, once, even thought of descaling it! I thought it was lost, but I bought this anyways, just to try to save the machine before I had to buy a new one. Poured the whole bottle in the reservoir, and after two presses of the rinse button, voila! water finally started coming out of my machine again. Saved my booty big time. :) So, now this is one order every month or so.
