Needed this and highly recommend to others with Instant Pots. Sometimes, I just want to keep food warm in my Instant Pot, without having the bulky Instant Pot lid on. Plus, when I am transporting food in the pot, this lid keeps food from spilling out or becoming cold. I also like the fact that it is clear and I can see the food through the lid. I consider this to be one of those necessity accessories for the Instant Pot.

What do you want me to say? It is a lit that fits the Instant Pot cooker. I didn't need it really, but it is very nice to just look down when you're slow cooking something and is easier to lift off to stir or add seasonings than the regular lid. If you're part of the Instant Pot Cult then you'll be happy, it does make things a little easier, but it isn't life changing. Still, if I broke this one somehow I'd readily buy another.

This is a must have for instant pot! When I cook things that don't need the pressure cooker lid, this is much easier to wash. At the price of instant pots, I do think it should come standard with it.
