If you are on a gluten-free and low-carb diet, you may miss crackers. Now you can enjoy taste, crunch, and function! I have to limit to one a day now on my keto diet, but my husband still enjoys these with butter or cream cheese. We order a case of four.

Great gluten-free crisp crackers. Since I don't eat gluten at all (makes me headachy and achy all over if I eat it more than one day in a row!), these are a godsend. Buckwheat is good for you, naturally high in protein, and these are 100% buckwheat. Love them!

I purchased these because I specifically wanted a product from buckwheat. I am not gluten intolerant as far as I know. But I think buckwheat is a healthier pseudo-grain than wheat, especially our over processed wheat.
It is pretty mild flavored with a hint of salt and sweet. Okay alone. But works really well in combo with cheese, seasoned butters, hummus, etc.

My 2 year old is allergic to a ton of stuff and picky on top of that, and he loves these crackers. They travel nicely in a snack size ziplock in my purse and don't usually break. I'll break them in half for him so we don't waste alot if he drops them (they're not cheap!). But I do feel like I get a decent amount of crackers per box for my money. I'm not a big fan of these myself, but I guess my toddler doesn't know better so to him they are great.
