Got this and another one for an overseas trip. They knock down very well, but the velcro strap does not hold it well in the folded position; the strap keeps sliding off and getting lost. Suggest anchoring the strap to the cane.
Also, some of the paint on the cane and on the handle is already coming off. It doesn't look horrible, just more worn than I would have expected after using it for two weeks.

This is a darling design and have had many compliments. At first I was going to think about returning it since the other one started chipping. However, this one is so darn cute and stable, so keeping it. It is a good product, just have to be careful how you handle it as it will chip on the handle.
Good sturdy walking stick even though it's foldable. And so pretty too.

I love my Switch Stick. It's such a pretty accessory. It's very firm and solid and feels like a quality item in my hand.The handle feels great in my hand. I have small hands. There is no wobblyness because it folds up. Its strong and firm. So far only once have I been in a situation requiring it to be folded and tucked away, but it certainly was a bonus to be able to get it out of the way. My only criticism is that there could easily have been another adjustment hole, in the space closer to the handle, to make the stick shorter, rather than having to go off to find someone who could saw off the extra length. I have other pretty walking sticks which have an extra hole more than Switch Sticks so I was easily able to adjust them for my height, which is short. It's a gorgeous piece of equipment and delightful to look at as the whole unit is completely colour coordinated. It's so pleasing on the eyes. It's a classy unit and I would definitely recommend them.
