fits my new LG fridge perfectly. skipped buying the super expensive in-door water supply and so have much more space in fridge and more money in my pocket (to buy things to put in the fridge that I can actually consume)...would not buy an in-door water version of fridge again...just have to remember to crack the lid to let air in so the water will com out

We've been using this for a year now. It fits very well in the fridge, it hasn't leaked at all and doesn't require any sort of maintenance, other than cleaning it inside from time to time to make sure everything is in order :)
To be improved - it could have really used a "breathing valve" because, if you tighten the lid, it will have "hiccups" when you get water. I usually don't tighten the lid, so that it has enough space to replace the air.

The first one I received did not have the spigot. I contacted them and they immediately sent me a whole new replacement. Excellent customer service. The item is perfect for my students in my classroom. I love the wide opening so I can put ice in it to to provide them with cool fresh water (the water from the fountains are gross).
The only reason I did not give it five stars is because sometimes the spigot flow is really slow. But, I do give customer service five stars!

This is our second slimline beverage container by Arrow Plastics. We bought the first one to hold purified water. For people who have problems with not getting much flow, all you have to do is loosen the cap some. No need to even poke a hole in it. The first one we got had a bit of a problem with leakage, but I adjusted the spigot a little and the problem was solved. We had a tall, round container that we used in the fridge for iced tea, but the plastic around the nozzle cracked and it caused a nasty mess. I tried to fix it, but only made it worse. So I got another one of these Arrow slimline containers to replace it. It will look great next to the first one. Note that the container is clear, not blue like pictured.
