Didn't know I needed this until my Nespresso got sluggish and didn't foam milk as well... The corporate office asked when I'd descaled it last, and I said, Um... what is that? Amazon prime dropped if off the next morning (Sunday) and I followed directions, watched brownish water come out... eek... then made myself some yummy espresso. Nespresso was out of their own brand, but mine was a DeLonghi version of Nespresso... and really... how could it be different. I was a little confused as to how much to use, b/c the manufacturer used a different ratio, but I went w/ the directions on that label, and it worked. Guess I should probably do that again,

When I talked to DeLonghi and they told me to get this I thought well it's not going to work. But I've got to tell you this worked perfectly I stuck with it & it worked; my machine works perfectly again & I'm a happy camper.

Works great. It's a larger version of the decalcifier that came with my machine. I also decalcified my coffee maker. Now my coffee maker is working super fast. If you need to decalcify your espresso machine or your coffee maker this is perfect for the job
