Also tried the Light Original flatbread. This one is bit thicker, but also stayed moist and flexible when I microwaved it -- didn't dry out or crack. Small amount of maltitol didn't bother my stomach at all with this version, either. I'm a Type 1 diabetic so I'm always interested in finding low-carb products that actually taste like food -- this one was pretty tasty. I actually liked this form factor better than the wrap.
Same deal for this one as for the Light Original -- with only 8 or so carbs (fiber doesn't count), I'm not expecting a big pop in my blood sugar. Jury's still out, though -- it did go up afterwards more than I was expecting, but that may have been due to other factors. I'll have to try it a few more times before I know for sure. I have found that mfr nutrition info isn't always reliable, so I trust my own results more than the food label.
