Functional but not quite perfect

I installed this in my home coffee bar. The fit between the rinser (the sink-looking part) and the base doesn't fit well. Looking at the picture, imagine 3 pieces - the outside body, the inside sink, and the black rubber gasket between the two. The inside part does not seat evenly in the outside part. That aside, it is completely functional. You need to buy a hose clamp for the drain line connection and whatever supply connect you need. I hooked mine to hot water and it works fine. Like many other people, I wish the star-shaped arm was made out of metal instead of plastic, but so far it works without any problems. I use it to rinse steaming pitchers and coffee cups.

I don't have mine installed yet, but these are genius and it shipped as expected. Here's my delay: the city has decided this is a new sink, and therefore needs and architectural drawing with an engineer's stamp before they'll grant me a permit to install it in a cafe. So much paperwork for so small a pitcher rinser! This, of course, is not Krome Dispense's fault at all. But for anyone else out there, you might add a little extra time to your estimates of what it takes to install any pitcher rinser. This is a good one to pick.

Plastic star shaped piece broke within weeks. Couldn't figure out form Amazon who to contact about it nor could I find where to order replacement parts. Had to guess. Piece cost me $40. Waiting on delivery to see if it fits. Had a different pitcher rinser for 4 years before this one and that piece never came close to breaking.
