These are delicious and dairy-free. I normally eat dairy, but I'm nursing my son and he has a dairy sensitivity. I was so glad to find these chocolate chips! So far, I've used them in cookies and s'mores. I may use them to try making fudge. (I'll use coconut oil instead of butter, and coconut cream instead of evaporated milk to keep it dairy-free) and see how they turn out.
