I can't believe how big of an impact this has! I work in an office with no windows and I noticed I was feeling blue so o bought this in hopes it would fix that, and it totally works! I noticed I felt pepper right away, but after 2-3 weeks all symptoms of blue ate totally gone. That you awesome lamp!!

Very nice light, I feel like it has helped me a lot. For the first time in 6 years I am not depressed or dizzy. I only change two things in my life I think they worked Togeather I can't say 100 percent but I know this is a big change that happen in a couple of weeks of using the light.

Pleased with purchase; seems to be working... After shopping and reading reviews I chose this model. I like a lot of light and it can get a bit depressing when the sky becomes overcast for several days in a row. I've been using the Happy Light for just a few days but can already feel the difference, although the weather hasn't been too bad lately, either. So far I do sleep better at night with a good 1/2 hour shot of light in the morning during breakfast to help set my sleep rhythm. I'll maintain this habit long-term as everything seems to be going well. The light is also of good quality, reasonably priced and was promptly shipped. Recommended.

One for home and one for work. And a small one for when I travel. This light has changed my life - for the better. I use it for 30 minutes with the high-energy lens everyday and it helps immediately. When I am sitting with the light I have "me" time, which is a positive as well!

This is a full spectrum, very easy to use product, comes with complete instructions and 2 "lenses" for user preference. Our physician advised Verilux is a top name, minimum 10,000 lux. The HappyLight fills the bill. Totally recommend (noting Verilux sells replacement bulbs which makes it easy to continue using it).
