This chair was good for all of 2 weeks. The reclining lock stopped working and the company refused to return it. In addition to poor workmanship and poor customer service, the chair just doesn't go up high enough

Super lightweight so they tip over easily. The foot rests keep coming off even after you tighten them and they do not go high enough to accommodate a 5'4" stylist. I have to bend forward to do hair and it hurts my back. I do not recommend these chairs unless you are under 5'

I cut hair at home for family and friends and needed a reclining chair for beard trim and other things. Well needles to say the first day of assembly one of the screws for the leg rest broke as I was tightening it and the air cylinder that recline the chair is not working properly so it reclines on it own. So now I'm stuck w a chair that doesn't work and don't even know if it's worth the trouble of sending back. Hard way to learn that u get what u pay for!
Rubber seal already came off after 2 days!! Metal is dangerously sharp!!

The style is what I wanted but it's not very sturdy. I am 5"8 and it doesn't lift as high as I would like. The rubber seal came off after the 2nd day. The metal is dangerously sharp! It does recline far enough to serve the purpose of shampooing my client. Would definently check the degrees of the recline and reviews of the chair before buying!!
