It's exactly what you'd expect. Well made and protected in shipping. Received from seller right away without a scratch. I would cation that some of the edges are very sharp on the back of the trash bin but nothing I'm too worried about. And becarful installing in the wall because it's easy to scratch the stainless if your screw gun slips.
