I bought a boneless leg of pork for $2/lb. As expected, it was peeled from the bone leaving it floppy and spread out. After brining, I applied a solution of meat glue, rolled and tied it together, and then wrapped it tightly with plastc wrap. After 24 hours, I unwrapped and smoked it for 3 hours at 325° on my Traeger. The result was an awesome boneless ham that held together similar to what I could buy for $7/lb.
