More of a lock box than a safe but for the money it should do the job.
When I opened the box the shelves, screws and nuts were all loose inside.
After reinstalling the shelves and screwing them down, everything worked well.
I would suggest screwing it securely to the floor or wall.
It is light enough to be carried off by any determined thief!

After opening the undamaged box, I tried to open it but there are rattling contents and the lock/latch mechanism is jammed. Completely unusable. Warranty support requires a completed, notarized form to submit to the manufacturer before they'll provide drill points to open the safe to verify empty content and also make the safe unusable before they send a warranty replacement.
Paragon 7803 Electronic Digital Lock and Safe

Nice size for my needs, as I don't have much space. It's external measurements are 22.5 inches tall X 14.24 inches long (deep) X 15.0 inches wide, and the interior measurements are just a little less the external. It's a very solid steel, and bolts into the floor. There are several options for opening and locking it. There are 2 shelves above the floor of the unit - which gives you 3 storage spaces. It weighs 60 lbs. The price for this particular model Paragon Safe was very reasonable.
My 2 year old son was getting into things that I didn't want him being near so it works perfect for that purpose

One weird thing was that for some odd reason the bottom wasn't completely flat and I needed to put some papers under it to even it out. Also the beep gone that is emitted after every press of a button is VERY annoying but I fixed this very easily by cutting the wire to the bell inside of the safe.
If you are looking for something that is not easily broken into or picked I would not suggest this one.

Product quality issues:
The 7803 was not even close to the described specification.

11 gauge steel is 3.038mm thick. When I took the safe out of the box it felt too flimsy to be 11 gauge, so time for the calipers.
Lip in the front (see picture): 1.85mm
Measured at the bolt down hole in the back (see picture, used depth gauge): 1.86mm
Which means that the promised 11 gauge steel is actually 14 gauge (1.897mm). Given that paint doesn't count and that the paint is a thick textured coat, I would not be surprised to find out that the steel is really 15 or 16 gauge.
With steel that thin, it doesn't matter how thick the bolts are. Even a big screwdriver will be sufficient to quickly bend the safe wall out enough so that the bolts don't engage. It will also be quick and easy to cut into the safe with a hand hacksaw, much less a battery powered reciprocating saw. The good news is that if the handle or lock break, you shouldn't have much problem getting your stuff out of the safe!
Shipping quality:
The safe arrived in the factory packaging. The shelves, batteries, mounting hardware, and shelf screws were rattling around loose in the box. The screws, nuts, and washers to attach the shelves were not even in a bag. They just threw the hardware into the safe loose.
Summary: At this price I was expecting a very basic safe to deter crimes of curiosity or opportunity, but this is junk. I'd be wary of purchasing any product from a company that clearly and repeatedly states one quality level (11 gauge steel) then ships something far inferior (14 gauge or thinner steel). I'm shipping it back tomorrow.
