I update my comment from last time that i said it reduce the voice 75%, I was wrong. now today it is about 1 week from last time I gave the wrong comment. Now I can tell that, it reduces the voice/noise 40% out of 100%. My bedroom next to the living room. so if I am not in my bedroom I still hear the TV and others people's conversation quite disturbing. Also it is squeeze my face so badly. I will keep this one for sparing, but I am going to still looking for the one that does not hurt my face. In the beginning I feel very unbearable but when I tried to adjust to difference position it helps reduce the pain a little bit. Last time I gave 4 stars, this time I will give 3 stars.

Much more comfortable than the metal bands going over top of head. There is a velcro strap that goes over top of head to hold earmuffs up. Strap needs to be rinsed periodically because it soaks up sweat. Tension can be slightly adjusted by gently bending metal bands outward.

My ears are happy. It's a little uncomfortable on my head (which is huge) because the pressure from the neckband is a little intense but that's to be expected with this style earmuff and my noggin.
