These coconut oil chews are tasty and chewy but do NOTHING for appetite suppressant! I still was hungry and wanted to eat just a couple hours after taking them. Just so you are aware. I can't believe these are advertised as a suppressant.

I think they do help somewhat with snacking but they are too expensive to eat put to 4 a day as recommended, only 30 per bag. They are tasty.

I haven't noticed reducing my appetite but they are so good. Two fill you up and guess it really does work because I don crave other sweets which I normally would. L love the taste. This is my second bag. I would highly recommend these.
