Goodbye deli hello to this new purchase

I have just now given the Presto PS 12 its first cleaning and use. I am 100% satisfied with the performance of this slicer, having only the intention of using it for deli-style meat. Since the
construction is so solid do not expect a quick clean up, it is in fact a bit of a process but
who cares ? It produced uniform slices with a minimum use of strength, operates with
little noise and certainly shows no sign of shifting when in use. So far a decent buy, I'm
looking forward to perfecting a home version of deli-style roast beef and pitying all
the poor chumps trying to get attention at the counter. Yes it seems to be made
in China.
