This is exactly what I was looking for! I have had a small leak, which turned into a major leak in a hallway that had a flat roof. After trying many things and spending lots of money, I finally tried this. No more leaks! Yea! I costs more than ordinary tape because it is NOT ordinary. Well worth the money and shipping was fast.

Flexible product easy to cut. Very adhesive. Product will elongate as it is applied so it is easy to form around corners. Keep lacquer thinner available to clean cutting tool.

Easy to apply. I applied Quick Roof Ultra Bond Primer on my asphalt roof BEFORE applying this tape on seams. Cut in manageable lengths if working alone (or if it's windy) because if you twist it up, you'll never get it apart. VERY sticky and by applying the primer first, I doubt it will EVER come up. Great product and an easy way to repair roof leaks.
