I am 6ft. 1 and 280lbs I definitely should have returned this and got a 3x but didn't and installed ghostbuster patches on it. The crotch is very snug and tight across the back. I can not gain any more weight or it will not fit. Very difficult to put on, harder to get it off . Other than thatit's ok. Definitely order one size bigger than you think you should get.
Get a size larger for comfort.

Not to hard to get into but hard to get out. I'm a bigger guy and typically my coveralls fit big on my. Maybe it's the way the flight suite is designed but none the less it looks great. With the tog gun patches attached it completes my Halloween costume and can double as coveralls down the road.

The material is very thin. The breast pockets are slightly lower than what an actual US military flight suit has. Good considering the price though. The zippers feel cheap and light. The fit is a little baggy towards the crotch if you have a short torso.

Maybe by .5 inches all around. The quality is great. All the zippers work well. Stitching is neat and sturdy.
