First off these are plastic not stainless steel. That does not bother me since the photo on display clearly shows plastic and not metal. In addition, there are no starter gloves so you need to buy them when you buy this unit. Having said what I didn't like here is what I do like. It costs me a fortune to have my drains cleaned due to improper tampon disposal. This system changes the dynamics so that disposing of tampons in this way is more desirable than flushing. In addition, when I asked one of the women in the office about them she said that she saw them everywhere and was surprised that I didn't know about them. I pointed out that they don't exist in men's rooms and I am a guy. SMILE. Delivery was fast and packing was good.
